Switching Earth and Map view like in Google Maps

It would really great if you could realize that you can actually switch the view into a detailed Earth view like in Google Maps. I believe that changing the view gives an even better understanding about the world.

I don't really know if that is easy or even possible here, but that would be super awesome. I would really love that

This is also something I was already thinking about. But until now I'm not yet sure when I will really test this out. But in general this is possible.

But for more further tests will be needed. I'm for instance not yet sure if this will be performant. But it could be =)

But let's not speculate about that before testing =)

I really like it. You have done this for the First age.

Overall you can't zoom this far into but I don't think that's needed so much. It's completely fine. =)
